Leaning toward DeSmith as Murray just isn't getting it done while Rinne is.

It's still depends on your league format, but if DeSmith is a free agent
go grab him. He has the chance to be the number one in Pittsburgh at least for the next couple of weeks.
On the other hand, Saros is still the backup behind Rinne. One of the top 3 backups in my opinion but still the second option.

It's situation dependent. There are some formats where you should want Saros more, but more where you'd want DeSmith. Basically it breaks out as:

DeSmith: Volume starts, worse rate stats
Saros: Fewer starts, better rate stats
