Unlimited IR and up to 50 players allowed in the Minors

Philadelphia: Girioux, Hoffman, Huberdeau, Simmonds, Gaudreau, Gostisbehere, Provorov, Elliot, Neuvirth, Picks 3rd in each round (owns all its picks)
