The price for Schwartz is getting a bit crazy, it was a 3 initially, then a 2, now it appears 2 teams are willing to maybe offer a 1 for him in 2019.
I've shifted my focus to guys that will cost less (ie: Rakell).
His price appears to be a 4th rounder, or at least the other gm is willing to consider it.
My picks are 1, 2, 4, 4, 5, 6, 6, 7, 8 right now. I'm not loaded with picks, but trading a 4 won't change my draft prospects that much. I'll just have 4 picks in first 5 rounds instead of 5, but then 4 picks in 3 rounds. Plus there is always the possibility of re-couping picks in the off-season.
He mentioned Mantha as another possible guy available, but he hasn't been good the past couple of months, I need safer.
The only other rental options he has, but that he didn't reference would be O'Reilly or Granlund (Minny).
Based on my roster, who of the guys I mentioned would you go after, and is a 4 a good price?

I agree a 1st for shwartz is too steep (often injured). Assuming it's for the team in your signature: Rakel for a 4th sounds like great value to me...he's been quietly on fire the last month and should only do better now the team is healthy. My next pick would be Granlund over O'reilly but I don't love it since Granlund's meh in multi cat/ O'reilly's usually better in multi cat but is struggling this year on an awful team...and it won't get better...this year at least.
