Pretty close from what I can see this year so far. I'd probably say Skjei at this point but I can see a reason why some would like Lindell as well.
Who has the better season? Neither will be a keeper in my keep 10 league. G, A, STP, Hits, Blocks, Shots.

I like Lindell more here as he receives consistent exposure to Klingberg. Although Skjei sees Shatt Deuces regularly they are not the top pair so Lindell plays bigger minutes hence more opportunities.

Even Steven, I say. Lindell may score more points, but Skjei outperforms in some of the peripheral categories. Whoever you choose won't be a bad decision.

Coin flip, but I'd go Lindell. Very tough call. Easy to argue either side, at the moment.
Its a good choice to make I think AV is deploying Skjei in more a coverage manner than to provide offense. Yes he gets his chances because he is such a great skater but he is slightly down the pecking order especially with the man advantage.
Lindell's numbers are growing nicely. He already has almost as many shots in half a season than he did for the entire season last year.
I would go with Lindell for fantasy, but for sim its Skjei for me
Consider Sim Hockey because guys who play shutdown minutes, deflect shots and clear creases build championships. Yet in fantasy they litter the unwanted UFA lists.
Nice duo to compare here. As others have said, it’s pretty close and either way you go, especially for this year only, I don’t think you can really go wrong.
I would side with Lindell simply because I feel that the Stars have yet to play to the offensive output level that they are capable of (on paper at least). The new year always brings a few surprises to the table; I’m banking on the Stars going strong for the remainder of the season and finishing in the top-3 in the West. In turn, most of their top players should have a nice spike in production fantasy-wise IMO.

I'll take Lindell, for what it's worth. Like most say though, its pretty much a toss up.

Great thread. I am posed with the same question. I think judging from the great feedback that I am going with Lindell. Love his increased shot totals and I don't think he is as buried for offensive opportunity as Skjei in New York.
