Yahoo - Daily Roster Changes

Hi all,

Wasnt sure where to put this question - but hoping you guys can lend a hand.

In my rotiss yahoo league, we have a preset number of waiver moves (6) and do not use a bid list. Tracking of waivers is done by the commish (myself). When a team burns a waiver, they drop a player and pick up the new player and post the move on the boards.

A pain point in my league has been that changes are processed tomorrow. Is there a way that I can change the settings to make changes occur SAME DAY?
I do see 'Allow Roster Changes' In league settings is set to 'Daily - Tomorrow' , but there is no drop down to change. Is this because I am in a rotiss league?

Don't think you can change this setting after the league has started. You have to decide this before it kicks off.

@dknw1de is right, this is only something you can configure before the draft.

Thanks guys - do you know if waiver mode needs to be set to continuos in order to have same day changes? We are currently set to standard since waivers arent managed through bid process.

Continuous has nothing to do with same day changes. Continual rolling means waiver claims are processed in waiver priority order and each successful claim moves a manager to the end of the waiver priority list.

If you want same day changes, you have to set Weekly Deadline to "Daily - Today" (default is "Daily - Tomorrow").

But again, you have to set this at the start of the season, not midway.

I set up a casual league this year and was able to configure it to have pikups allowed in same day but as others state its unlikely possible to accomplish this mid season
