I’m confused by your wording... it sounds like you offered your puljujarvi for his reinhart and a 3rd. How does his counter work? He wants puljujarvi and a 2nd?
It’s better to put the entire counter offer in the comments so we can understand much easier.

Personally I’d prefer Puljujarvi in a dynasty. Is this a dynasty, partial keeper or one year league?

If he wants a pick upgrade as well as Pulj, I'd skip that. Reinhart isn't any great shakes right now, he's under a half point per game - you should be able to deal Pulj for a pick, and then find that on the wire.
