I would pass on the A Jones deal. For the Packers to be successful this year, they need a strong run game.
As for the first deal to acquire Zeke, I think it's a smart move. Pull the trigger
0.5 PPR H2H team is 7-1 but really shouldn't be.
Just used most of my budget to acquire both Morris and McFadden and now my team looks like this:
QB: Wilson
RB (2): Ajayi, Martin
WR (2): M. Thomas, Crabtree
W/T: Keenan
W/R: A. Jones
TE: Graham
Bench: DeSean, Morris, McFadden, D. Henry, Forte, Reed.
Would you do the following deals....remembering I'm 7-1.
Morris and McFadden for Zeke....in hopes I can hold onto bye spot.
A. Jones for Demarco or McKinnon.

I really like the Zeke move for you.
For the other move... this is more of a toss up... I would really examine their playoff schedule and see. With your roster and a 7-1 record you should be close to a bye for sure and if not make sure you have the RB from that group that has the best first round playoff matchup.
I have improved the other deal to the following...
My M. THomas and A. Jones for Evans and Murray. THIS would make it a slam dunk for me. Tennessee plays SF and Arizona in weeks 15/16....they're currently 1 and 2 in most points given up to RB. GB plays Clev/Car/Min in weeks 14/15/16....who are currently 26/30/29 in most points to RBs.
I'd do the Zeke move and the revised A. jones deal (where you'd be acquiring Evans). Sets your team up very nicely for the long haul without sacrificing much in terms of current production given the other players already on your roster.
