Though I agree with the analysis of the PPs I always like to use overall ice time as the tie breaker as more chance to pick up some supplemental points from the back end - McAvoy for me
These guys have been debated in keepers, but i'm interested in 1yr leagues. Debating dropping phaneuf for one of these guys.
Cats are: G,A, PPP, +/-, PIM, SOG, HIT, BLK
Even Strength: McAvoy(~21) is getting a ton of more ice time than Sergachev(~12) at this moment. However Sergachev is getting quite a bit done with that little time, including getting more shots on net than McAvoy. If his time time rises then...
PP Analysis: Sergachev seems to be getting some PP2 lately, and McAvoy has most of PP2 in Boston. However the 2nd powerplay on TB has a lot more talent than BOS.
Is Sergachev worth the risk reward? or am i breaking my head for nothing and McAvoy is the easy choice here due to this established role.

Experience is the teacher of all things.
I think McAvoy is better bet across a season. ATOI, power play position, Boston getting Bergeron fit again etc. etc. I've got McAvoy in my one-year league as a 5th d-man and pretty happy with him so far

I agree with the others that I would roll with McAvoy as well.
Tough to be dumping Phaneuf in a league that counts hits/blks/PIMs though.
