I think Talbot is likely the most valuable player for the next 3 years. Although more info would help on goalie starts and how they work in your league but he should be able to put up 80+ points for the next 3 years with ease.

On the surface the improvement from Talbot to Rask out weighs the loss of Josi to Gardiner in points only with no D bonus.

I think Talbot side Wins. I do like Rask a lot this year but Talbot in the long run will be better with that Oilers team.
