I know Clendening hasn't played yet this season and Streit/Franson have been scratches for half the games thus far. Looking for season long ranking.

Leaning Connauton due to playing time then Streit/Franson due to PP time.

Even bottom-barrel defensemen can provide HIT/BLK.
Take what is there from the wire.

Bortuzzo keeps playing partial seasons, but he's good for almost 2hit and 2blk per game.
That's pretty damn solid, if he's playing.
With Shatty moved on and J-Bo injured, as long as he's not suspended, he should be in the six.

If they can't HIT/BLK, you shouldn't be interested.
The last 3 guys might score 20pts, but I'd rather have the 10-15pt guys that give me HIT/BLK.
