I could use an upgrade both at C and at D - and these returns fill those needs. As much as I want the upgrades at C and D, is it worth it?

Gardiner is a huge upgrade over Savard.
RyJo will be better than Jenner.

IS losing the ultra cheap Raanta, who I really like, worth the upgrades?

Yeah, I've never been in a cap league either so it's tough for me to say. Seems a $1M starting goalie should be huge, though, although how long will that be the case? So this is not the league in your sig, right? What's the format? A lot I've read doesn't have Gardiner as a huge upgrade over Savard nor RyJo as a huge upgrade over Jenner if the league counts hits and blocks, for example. RyJo obviously a bigger upgrade points only...
