Not likely to make an impact for another year, but yes worth hanging onto, has very good upside, could be a middle six type player.

That injury last year really hurt his momentum. I bet he gets some call-ups this year, but I wouldn't count on much.
Then it'll depend on opportunity -- and there is some to be had in Florida methinks.

Doing a search on "Hawryluck" brings up some decent threads. I believe Cam Robinson answered a mailbag question on him as well. Dobber seems to like him and thinks he's good for around 30 this year. He's one to watch in Multicat leagues as he plays with good grit for not being the biggest buy. I moved NYI Justin Bailey (lose him for nothing at seasons end and trying to sell high) for Jayce. I thought it was pretty good value as I'd have taken him somewhere in the 20-40 (2nd round) range in our prospect draft if he wasn't already owned. Jayce almost made the team out of camp last year and I personally think he makes the team this year out of camp. The Florida team brass seem high on the kid. He's down as a center but I think he makes the team as a winger.

Seems like he is in the Marchand/Gallagher mold. He has flashed a lot of talent in the past. He's a prospect on my team.

He should turn out to be a good 3rd line type of player. Bang and crasher with limited offensive upside but there's some there. If you have a minors, he worth waiting on for multi-cat leagues.

While i agree he is not worth it for this year i think his upside is higher than most see, as he is the only prospect that looks like he fits like a glove with Barkov and Huberdeau. He needs to learn to stay out of trouble on the ice, though. Has a strong tendancy to get dangerous hits because he goes to the risky areas.
