Just save one for me
Im really tempted to rake werenski but I hate looking at only one seasons worth of sog totals- and Ik a HUGE OEL fan. Thoughts? One year points only no trade...
Just save one for me
This season OEL. Long term Werenski.
GET WELL SOON, DOBBER.
For next year and points only, I'd go with OEL. He's bound to bounce back IMO

For one year, definitely OEL - I think Werenski will see a small drop off, since for every Klingberg who manages to parlay a strong rookie season into an even better sophomore campaign, there are several rearguards who falter in their second NHL seasons

Another vote for OEL. Columbus' success last year is really the best case scenario for them this year, which means if they regress you could also see a bit of regression from Werenski in the short term. As Rizzee said, sophomore defensemen often take a bit of a step back. Werenski has great long term upside but for the next couple years go OEL
12 Team H2H
Skater Cats: G, A, P, PPP, SOG, HIT, BLK
Goalie Cats: W, GAA, SV%
3 C, 3 RW, 3 LW, 5 D, 4 BN, 2 G
I'll go OEL here, but I couldn't fault you for either.

(No I don't have a hockey problem...)
I would have went OEL. In a down year he still got 39 pts while he was playing with a hurt hand. Higher upside and with Werenski being so young he could take a step back this season a tad.
OEL....huge bounce back this year for sure!!
Huge fan of Werenski but OEL is the safer bet here
