Been offered a lottery pick that can fall anywhere between 1-6 in this years entry draft. Is he worth more?

I'd think about if you landed top 2 pick otherwise I'd keep wennberg.
he had 23 pp points last season and is slowly improving his faceoff win pctg (takes time )

I hate Wennbergs peripherals and it doesn't look like you count faceoff but being a dynasty I'm assuming the draft is just prospects. If u get a 4th to 6th pick u may wait 5 years before he is a player getting a chance like Wennberg so I'd keep him

I think he should garner some attention as one of your top 9 F. 59 points, 23 on power play, 5 gwg and a plus 9. Would be interested to see who's available with that pick. I'd keep Wennberg myself unless you are getting 1-2.
This year's draft could/should be a rock solid draft with no real superstars in it. Why gamble when you already have a young, proven NHL asset who is still improving year after year. I'd say at best, you will get another Wennberg but you may also end up getting a dud, even in the top six. We've seen it happen many times before.

Thanks for all the replys. Decided to keep the bird in hand. If wennberg and his new linemate click and he actually starts to shoot a bit more I can see at few 65 point seasons

Consider Sim Hockey because guys who play shutdown minutes, deflect shots and clear creases build championships. Yet in fantasy they litter the unwanted UFA lists.

I would hold Wennberg though.
Wennberg is a great passer... add Panarin on his wing (if they click) it's gonna be a break out year for him. Guessimate 60-70ish
But again depends on who you can pick 1-6...

Keep Wennberg. Picks are shots in the dark. Wennberg has three full NHL seasons under his belt already and is steadily improving. He's worth far more than Nolan Patrick, Cody Glass or Casey Mittelstadt at this stage...

Right call.. only reason I flip him is for 1 or 2 and that would probably only if I had confidence in flipping it for a better player than Wennberg...
