Nope, I take that deal as fast as I can. Bowey's injury slowed him down last year and was passed on the depth charts, at least temporarily. He's got an uphill battle for ice time and PP time. I'd do that deal.
My Bowey for his Bjorkstrand, is there any reason that I shouldn't do this? I'm full throttle right now, and Bowey would have to be outscoring Burns, Yandle or Niskanen/Orlov to get time on my roster... I don't see that happening for a couple of years at least. I think Djoos has just as good of a shot at a call up right now as Bowey does. Bjorkstrand on the other hand could crack my lineup at 0.5 pt/gp, which I think is more than realistic. Any thoughts on the whole deal? As far as I'm concerned its a no-brainer, but I like chit-chatting about all of my trades before I pull the trigger to make sure I'm getting the full picture!
