Man that's a nice problem to have.
I'd shop everyone and see who gets me the best return. Malkin is a guy I'd definitely want to move due to his injury history but from the rest it would come down to a combination of who will get me the best return and what type of guys are going to be available in your draft. In other words, how screwed will you be for goaltending and/or Defense if you kept 7 forwards?
