It won\'t be a quick process. I\'ve got one draft this Sat, then two more the following weekend and all the preparation that goes into it.

Comish, what will happen to the teams that have missed picks when the draft ends? Will they be able to complete their rosters as part of the \'Draft\" or will they need to go through the waiver process to fill up their roster?

Also, when exactly we\'ll be able to put guys on IR and grab somebody else with the refund? It\'s probably more a question of when do you start accepting email from us about this...

I would suggest guys have until the day The Comish finishes setting up our teams in Yahoo to get their picks in.
Once the league is up and running in Yahoo, IR, FA and Waivers come into play for everyone. You snooze, you lose....not that there is a lot out there to pick from...
