What to expect from Domi?

I believe he played injured for a while this season. But still, it's hard to tell what this guy will bring to the table for the years to come. I'd say somewhere between 50 and 65 pts but I sure hope his ceiling is higher.

If you can get Talbot for Domi 1-1 - DO IT!

I'd feel comfortable putting Domi in the 60-65pt range moving forward, but to get a #1G on a vastly improved & still improving team - that's a cheap price to pay.

Last year's Dobber Report gave him an 80-point ceiling and 65-point projection over the next 3 years. The 50-65 point range probably isn't his ceiling but I'd say that's what you should expect from him. As a Domi owner, I'd be happy with 55-60 points per year and anything above that is bonus.

That said, if you can trade him for Talbot straight up then I wouldn't hesitate to pull the trigger on that deal. But I'd be surprised if the Talbot owner doesn't ask for more.

You're putting too much stock in domi. I wouldn't even trade Andersen for him. Gotta think bottom 1/3rd of the goalies. Maybe You can get Bishop from a desperate owner

Good luck with that - whilst the supporting cast in Arizona is what it is he is a 55-65 guy with peripherals so if you can land a starter with that then happy days but I can't see it TBH

That's because goaliers are more valuable in your league. In my league a win = 2 pts and a shutout 2 more. Maybe you're right but I'll give it a try at least.

Martin Jones has 32 wins, 2shutouts = 64pts. (sig says 1pt/so)

12 teams, 10starting F = 120forwards starting, each team has lets say on average 2 extra forwards. So 144forwards. If Domi is a 70pt forward, he will likely sit around 15-20th in scoring. That's 70pts. If he's 60pts he's he's not even top 25.

12 teams, 2G starting, most have 3 likely. So 36 goalies owned. Jones is top 10 in Wins (more sustainable than SO). He hit 37w last yr (equal to 74pts alone)

Jones can be a 70-75pt equivalent easily, he already is actually. You're trying to sell potential of a 70pt forward on a goalie that already gets that equivalent of points.

I love Domi, but a straight up offer of him for Talbot or Jones is borderline insulting.

Yeah no one ever traded a goalie for a player in my league so its hard to evaluate. The poster above you is spot on though.

The Jones owner punched me in the face when I asked him and Talbots owner just slashed my tires. You learn from your mistakes what can I say.

Now, what should I add in order to get Gibson?
