Fredius Nova is a name I have heard recently. Really high upside 17yr old from DR. He plays SS too which is a bit of a bonus.
Tim Mayza is impressing in the Jays camp. Not sure if he's owned already in your league or not.
I have a few farm spots open after the draft this year and I am looking for boom or bust prospects mostly to fill the spots. Are there any dark horse prospects out there I should target? I think every single top-100 guy on every list I've seen is owned in my 16 team, 15 man farm. I prefer pitchers with outrageous stuff with control issues or great hit tool guys. One fatal flaw can be reigned in, so I usually shoot for those guys. Thanks!

The issue is they have to be in the yahoo database so I can add them to my farm. Thanks for the help though! I'll keep those two on my radar

Ah okay. Would probably take too long for me to comb through who is there and therefore actually relevant, but I'll try to post a few baseball dark horse threads through the season as they come up.

Juan Soto was/is a great example of what i'm looking for. I loved him but couldn't add him last year due to the database issue. I'm new to fantasy baseball, but it seems like the best guys to own are the ones that have either a 70+ fastball or breaking ball or 70+ speed/power. They start low due to control/contact issues and then shoot up once they figure it out a bit. So i'm trying to cash in on more guys like Robles and Meadows who I own
