As others have said, Carlson is the name that jumps out. I think Larkin and Ritchie are worth keeping as well unless you think you can find better bargains in the draft.

To take an opposing view to your original question, is Giroux a definite keep at that contract? You'll be seeing raises to Kuznetsov and Vasilevskiy, plus Toffoli might come in at a reasonable cap hit (given his injury and struggle to get his game going after). From a cap management perspective, if you can absorb all three of those raises with the Giroux contract, you might be well served to do so.
Outside of offering that viewpoint, I agree with everything that has been suggested already.
