As its been said, it’s early to tell what a team has/needs/lacks/has excess. But a top closer, the best 1B, one of the best SPs, a 2B who clobbered 42HR last yr, and a possible Cy Young kid is a solid base.

But you have Scherzer already battling finger issues and said he’s throwing his slider less to combat it (his best pitch). Chapman who was overused in the World Series, how does that hold up for a flame thrower, and Sanchez who was a reach on where it could have waited a round, but could give you pick value there too, a very big range of possibilities. But you have Goldy who’s getting SB from 1B which is insane.

I don't think Sanchez falls to me next round if I didn't take him.

Baseball is weird, go with your gut and you tend to be better at it than you think. Plus mid-season moves makes a team in baseball.

I'm about 30 minutes away from being AFK for the night mostly again. As I've stated - from about 10am to 6pm EST, I have the forums open and check way too often.

Before that it's sleeping / getting the kids off to daycare / getting myself to work, and after that it's family time. I will try and peek in from time to time in the evenings but no promises boys!
