I don't see why not. I mean you could also just verbally agree with another manager to say "if you pick this guy here and trade him to me, I'll give you the two guys with my X and Y picks that you tell me to pick". Or something along those lines.

That's my only objection. I love draft pick trading - but IMO it needs to be set up before the draft starts, not when we're into it like we are now.
