I would say yes to this. I leave for work at 530am every day, well, one day a week 5 when I run. I'm up for 5 min, then out the door - shower at work. I go to bed around 10. I'm not thinking baseball at 5am. I can't access Yahoo from work, so I'm no where near as active as I am in other pools. just due to my schedule really making it restrictive. I worked until 7pm last night between daughter's bedtime and decompressing without a screen in my face.... this pool is becoming seriously difficult for me to be active in. I cant make roster changes at night, unless I wake up extra early to give myself 10min to work on the pool... Add in an exterior paint job on my house and I'm f---ed.

I am one that prefers same day lineups in most leagues... especially in baseball. You usually find out when a guy is sitting on game day...so this allows you to fill the spot of a guy sitting from your bench (If you have one)
I usually prefer next day, but I can make do with either.

I really don't see the benefits of the next day option.
You always know who is pitching the next day (or even multiple days ahead).
So having the same day option it evens it out.
Say Manager A is up really late the night before... he has the option to set his lineup for the next day after all the games are finished. Allowing him to adjust if someone is injured in the games in the night. so he is not effected by either option.
now lets take Manager B, who has to get up really early the next day...and cannot stay up to see how late games injuries might impact the next day's lineup.
If you have the league as next day lineups, then that manage cannot go on the next morning to adjust his roster if one of his star players is injured in the 8th inning of a game in Los Angeles (that is not over until like 1:00 Eastern Time) .
If you use the same day lineups, then manager B that goes to bed early can set the line up on the same day and benefit from knowing which player is injured and such.
From my vantage point the most fair option is to have the same day lineups and it allows everyone to make decisions right up until game time. Could you imagine what MLB managers would do if they had to submit their line up the day before the game?
