Will teams start testing their goalies to prepare for playoffs?
I have a question guys. Not just for goalies but for players too. I've been burned in my playoffs a few times due to the fact that teams that are 90-100%in NHL playoffs tend to rest their start players here and there do prepare for a long playoff run. Is there specific teams that tend to do this? When do they usually start testing their players? As I've said before, I've been burned by teams testing their players and I don't want to get burned again. Any kind of info is helpful. Thanks guys.

It's a tough thing to peg and every team will approach it differently.
Best thing you can do is have the handcuff for goalies like Dell. Or pay close attention to goalie post/twitter etc and stream them when you can.

There are so many things that you have to take into consideration for this question.
Teams at the top will more likely rest there goalies with confidence that they are in playoffs and want to rest their top guy for a playoff run. AS mentioned above with San Jose.
Teams on the bubble will likely ride their to goalie more in hoping they will make playoffs. Think Boston here, Rask will probably play a tonne because Boston will no want to fall out of the playoffs again.
Teams that are out of it are likely to play potential young guys that might be potential goalies for the team next year.
