Tough because the definition of prospect is going to vary (how many games allowed?)
And categories make all the difference. Are you thinking about pure points?

Rantanen is looking like he could belong near the tops of this list (but he's playing NHL games and looks like he might not go back down).
Kyle Connor is another to be tossed into the mix.

Those two would warrant consideration for me over Kaprisov -- simply because of the wait.

Nobody has mentioned Thomas Chabot, and I see him being a great NHL defenseman someday soon.

If we are only talking about forwards, then I like Keller, Kaprizov, Boeser and Puljujarvi. I'm really not struck on Strome as I don't think he skates well enough.

For me, it's nothing against Chabot but I just prefer to target forwards first, no matter if it's proven players or prospects. I believe elite forwards are harder to find than elite D-men but that's just me. But yeah, Chabot is definitely high up there on the D-man list along with Sergachev.

EDIT: Or maybe it's more about D-men being harder to project if they're going to become elite fantasy options or just elite real life D-men... Well, no matter the reason, D-men just don't usually crack my top-10.
