right now & possible another couple years it could appear to be an overpayment, but I think you should ask yourself, Is Marner a player you feel is worth overpaying for? Kuch isn't a massive overpayment. In 2 years this could look like a steal, or an even trade at worst.

Kucherov is more proven and still very young himself. If I owned Kucherov Id want another player in the deal to even it out. Both players are going to be fantasy supterstuds for a long time nonetheless

I am in my third year of a complete rebuild. This has been the first year I have actually tried to win. Not too far back but still a hill to climb. Would like to win this year. Don't know if it is in the cards. Kind of back and forth on what to do.
