From the keeper perspective, you're right that offense dominates here with 12F vs 4D vs 2G. Good set of keepers. I wouldn't downgrade Tavares for Price, goaltending should be easy to find year to year.
If this is what you need to get the win this year, than sure, but I feel that you should be strong enough to win without this trade.

for me i rate G more than F and we are talking Price!! i know he's struggling right now but he's Price!!! I would not give up draft pick... Elite Goalies are rare to get ur hands on...
