DeAngelo for sure for me. I believe in him as an NHL guy, and he has looked good on that stat sheet this season when he has played.

(No I don't have a hockey problem...)
DeAngelo for me. He's already shown what he can do at the NHL level... when he's not mixing it up with the refs. His value will out shine Carlo in a keeper.
I don't see Carlo becoming a huge factor in fantasy hockey. DeAngelo has that risk factor but he also has that big upside, so I would go with him. If their upsides were a little closer, I might go with the safe option but that's not the case here.
I think this is actually pretty close. I think DeAngelo is the better offensive player with decent multi-cat abilities. I dont think Carlo will be much of an offensive player but I like his multi-cat peripherals more. I also think Carlo is more of a sure-thing when it comes to full-time NHL duty. He's pretty close to being an untouchable for the Bruins in trade talks and that says a lot about his perceived value by them. I can't say I feel that same stability for DeAngelo.
I am more comfortable with Carlo at this stage.

De Angelo for me...
Keeper's league, points only, 24 teams league Skaters: 1 pt for goal and 1 pt for assist, Goalie, 2 pts for win, + 2 pts for SO
DeAngelo was quite surprising for me this year, has super high upside and is in a very nice situation in AZ where he can get good minutes
