Goalie Help to win a Championship
Hey Dobberites!
I have the team to win this year, but not the goaltending. My team and settings are in my sig.
I have Talbot and Lehner as my goalies with Varlamov ready to come off the IR. We have no bench. We only count Points (1pt/point), Wins and Shutouts (2pts each), and I need to do something to improve my goaltending if I'm to compete for a championship. I'm solidly in second place, 25pts behind 1st and 16pts ahead of 3rd.
We get 9 add/drops throughout the year and I've made 4 so far. I need to decide between Lehner, Varlamov or one of the FA guys, here they are...

The other option is to look through a trade, another owner has offered me Lundqvist and Toews for Crosby and Talbot. He also has Price as his other tender, if I'm to deal Crosby, I will ask for Price back, problem is he has very few skilled offensive guys, only Kessel is worth mentioning.
Would Price ($21) + Kessel for Crosby ($40) + Varlamov/Lehner be worth it for me, keep in mind I'm gunning for the championship this year!
Are there any buy lows I should be targeting??

I agree with grabbing Vas. Drop Varlamov.

Vasilevskiy instantly becomes your #2 goalie, and is out playing Varlamov & Lehner in any event. He is by far the best guy on your wire for your format.
