Ranta - worth dropping Helly or Budaj?
I have Price, but we need 4 minimum starts each week, and I am always nervous about either Helly or Budaj leaving me short on starts. So I'm kinda set on keeping 3 goalies. But I don't absolutely need three guys who get 80% of their team's starts. Would it be worth dropping Helly or Budaj for Ranta before he gets scooped up? He seems to figure to get a fair number of starts, even if he will not be the #1 goalie by any means.

Glatt's got it nailed. Raanta isn't a Murray or Vasil. The King is still King. Budaj's getting more like 98% of starts in LA and will keep the net for at least 2 more months. Helle's only going to improve throughout the season, Raanta will go back to seeing more spot start play. AV's just riding the hot hand at the moment.

I wouldn't drop either of those guys for Raanta unless Quick was coming off the IR tomorrow which would severely cut into Budaj's time / starts.

Glatt nailed it... When Quick is back would I drop Budaj for him? Yes but not right now as Raanta may steal the odd start but he won't provide more volume than the other two you have
