Pools with over 10 teams - NEED HELP

My pool through Yahoo is in it\'s fourth year and seems to
grow every year. My need for help would be to find out if anyone has ever run a pool with multiple divisions or conferences? We normally run with around 10 teams and this year we have 16. Has anyone ever done this? and what is the best way to do it?

yahoo does not allow you to have divisions, so if you want to use divisions you need to change carriers.

I would keep it as a regular league with 16 teams. you will play everyone about 2-3 times.
