Missing a Goalie start just stinks, even more so when you miss a good outing like a shut out of 1 G against. Missing a Goalie start and your goalie gets 8 or 10 hung on them.....well not so much so!

I lost a season because of goalie starts. I had Rask and Quick along with their handcuffs. All 4 were having a good year so who ever played would get a good start. I followed up until time to leave for my thursday adult league game and everything said Quick/Rask would start. I go to the locker room to get ribbed by all my teammates for not starting the backups because they both posted shutouts that night. That would have swung me 3-5 points IIRC. Same thing LWL Daily faceoff, etc all said the starters would be in net.

I signed up for twitter for the next season and follow up until game time for changes.

I feel your pain man!

This is why you should take into account the "back-up" threat. Sucks man! I've been there. I used to always get screwed with Jean Sebastian Giguere would lose his start to Jonas Hiller or Tim THomas to Tukka Rask the last minute. I have felt your pain in the past.
