Reinhart and Hamilton or Steen and Byfuglien

Would you consider this a major upgrade? I'm thinking of moving Reinhart and Hamilton for Steen and Byfuglien.. based on the league settings below. I would have to move 2 draft picks for this to happen. Im currently in 1st and I could use PPP mainly. Thanks for any advice.

Buff's days of getting big #s are over because the Jets actually have talent at F now and can deploy him like a Dman like they've always wanted to.

It's a wash with your cats btwn the D.
Reinhart will pick it up with Eichel back, Steen will get injured or go into an extended slump.

Especially not worth it to move draft picks as well.

It's definitely an upgrade, so I would do it as long as the picks aren't too valuable.

It's definitely an upgrade but not as large without Hits or SOG as cats. It's not a game-changer so I wouldn't if it involves losing draft picks next year.
