Two big trades to start the season. Rank the before and after! Rep

Overhauled my team this year to get younger and to fill positional requirements. Below are my trades to date and the before/after.

Trade #1: My Blake Wheeler/Edler and a 11th round pick for Logan Couture/Mark Stone and a 5th round pick.
Trade #2: My Ryan Getlzlaf/Weber for Kessel,Yandle and JVR.

I like both your trades, you definitely improved your wingers depth.

I like Trade #1 for you so far. Jury's still out on #2, but could turn out fine, in theory. Pray that Turris stays healthy.

For a 14 team league it looks excellent. I would be looking to dump off Parise as he still has a little name value, but otherwise I think you have done a good job of condensing into your top spots.

Tough to give up on Wheeler too, but you have to give in order to receive.

I love Trade #1 for you.... I would argue that you got the two best players in the deal as long as they can stay healthy in Couture and Stone. and a 5th round pick as an upgrade...


The 2nd trade I am iffy about as Getz is lighting it up this year!

Thanks Guys. I do hate losing Getz and Weber as I think both will have huge years. The problem I was having is I had 5 capable centers and I was routinely leaving Turris and Kadri on the bench. Now my team's in a little more harmony. The other issue was I had very little winger depth particular the right side. The WW has some adequate center options still available in case of injury but is picked clean of wingers.

I know Kessel is going to be fine and pick it up. What worries me is Yandle. What is wrong with him so far?
