I'd want more information. Is this for the league in your signature? Does position matter?
Ekblad has had a slow start, but I have great confidence that he will still have a great year. If your defense is weak, Ekblad would definitely be one of my choices.
If you don't need a defenseman, than I would choose two forwards. Points only, I'd lean towards Ehlers and Fabbri. Multicat, I'd probably choose Fabbri and Larkin.

If it's the league in your sig, then I would take Ekblad to replace Murphy, and I would move either of Fabbri/Ehlers to do it.
I put Larkin at the bottom of the four.
