for
Matthews

or other offer of:

Gaudreau for Matthews (straight up)

I may counter first off with

Huberdeau and M.Reilly for Austin
or
Eichel and Reilly for Austin and Yandle (this one may be a stretch)

EDIT: sorry read the first trade as Hubs and Hoff for Matthews...therefore it would still help your LW, but not as much now

Gaudreau is the only deal here I would consider, unless you see Eichel as an improvement over Matthews. Any chance you could add a little to that one, or is that a final offer?

Thanks Bass. Great synopsis of the offers. I'm sure the Huberdeau offer can be a combination of any that I'd prefer.

As for LW, a bunch of guys just received dual position status (Forsberg is also now a LW along with Fabri and Buchnevich)

My combination would be Hubs and Reinhart but I still think it falls short of the eliteness you'd be sending the other way. When you say that the combination can be ''any that you'd prefer'', do you mean that you can swap out players and add different ones?

If so, who would they be? FWIW, Huberdeau is the top dog from that list although his perceived value is lower due to his injury.

The Gaudreau trade I'd consider but not with as much Gusto as others here. Matthews will be very good...so much so that I think he's going to be very close to JG in points next yr if not this year. Both teams are going to be exciting to watch.

IF you can somehow manage to get an add I'd make that trade.

Gaudreau is a fair offer, but who trades the shiniest object in the store for fair? Agreed it improves your LW, but Drouin, FF & JVR aren't bad to have either.

If he wants Matthews make him add, or keep the kid.

Killorn in your format is just a filler; no real value. Don't be fooled by his current point pace; he will end up in the 0.5ppg category or with 45-50 points AT BEST.
