Any thoughts on who to start in my flex spot this week?

I hate to leave either out, but not sure how to fit them both in. Can also pick up Rogers if Martin can't go (love that matchup). The rest of my lineup:

I think Arizona's D is going to start playing better (more like last year) and therefore I would avoid Michael and go with Meredith.

Shitttttttttteeeeeeeee that;s tough. I own Michael, Nelson, Meredith and Martin myself so from my end....I'm starting Michael in a 0.5 PPR so I guess I'd go with him in a standard league.
