Honestly hard to say, but I'd be inclined to go with Trouba. Once he is traded, he will almost certainly get more opportunity that he has so far in Winnipeg, and he is extremely skilled.

Nurse is among my favorite young dmen in the league, but long-term I see him becoming an Adam Foote-type. A real nasty, in-your-face kind of dman that other teams hate playing against. At least that is what I hope he becomes. If he reaches his potential, he will get plenty of Hits, PIMs, and blocked shots, but whenever I rank dmen, I almost always give the edge to those that have offensive-potential, even in leagues with peripheral categories, because I find most of the peripheral categories can be filled in with role players that are more easily drafted or grabbed off the waiver wire in most leagues. It is much harder to find the 45 pt dman, which is what Trouba could become after he is traded.
