I've got both of them, and there's someone looking for a keeper D. It's gotta be sizeable return for sure, but wondering which of these 2 would you prefer to hang on to over the next few years?
Thanks for input!

I'm going Letang because I see Pittsburgh being an offensive force longer than SJ. With defensemen, production relies so much on PP and SJ is getting quite old and I don't see them continuing their production much past next year (at least at the same level) to be honest.

Simply from an injury standpoint, I'm going with Burns. Considering you start 2 D, losing one in a H2H matchup hurts. I assume you set your lineup for the week?????

Burns is far more reliable.

I like Burns. Real deal beast.
Burns will net you the better return due to Letang's injury concerns. But trading either is going to be a massive reduction in your peripheral stats from the D position. Ghost, even if the hype is real - won't hit their production levels.
Letang is younger by 2 years and in some leagues being 30 is death to trade value.
They should both be studs for the next 3 years. I'd prefer to keep them both for the next three years and use Ghost as my injury replacement empty slot sub.

Definitely Burns.
I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.
Is it for the team in your signature? Personally I'd prefer to move Burns but as with any deal it depends who will net the biggest return (and in this case I don't mind keeping either so it is based on that return)
Experience is the teacher of all things.
Yes, for the team in my sig. I get to keep 6 this year. So far I have
Stamkos
Tavares
MacK
Burns
Letang
Price
If I moved burns/letang, I'd then keep Eberle or Ghost. I would be asking for the first overall pick in the draft this year, which I would use on Laine. Our league is going from 6 keepers this year to 10 keepers next year, so I want to amass as many premium keepers this coming year.
Burns/Letang are as elite as it gets, but I'm debating if moving one of them, and essentially turning Burns or Letang into Eberle/Ghost + Laine, like a 2 for 1.

Either into Ghost and a 1st makes sense for me - what is the other GM saying? I do think it I still an overpayment (Burns/Letang for Laine so would be tempted to try and squeeze a pick upgrade or two also) but I do like the logic

Have you shopped them yet to the manager holding the 1st overall pick? Depending on their response, I would also consider holding onto both defensemen since their production with those categories can be quite a bit more significant than most forwards.
