Personally, I think that when the dust settles on 2016-17, Kucherov will be the best for this format. Keep in mind - he started 2016-17 with two points in 12 games, meaning he posted 64 in his next 65. Tank is second, then Backstrom (great PPP and points, lousy SOG) and Giroux (points aren't what they used to be, but should rebound in PPP and still has good SOG), followed by Panarin (won't duplicate 2015-16), followed by a pretty decent gap, then Parise (should rebound somewhat) and Patches (never very good in PPP).
