There are 2 somewhat obvious answers in Pittsburgh & Las Vegas, but for some reason I don't think it will be either place, even though Fleury has a no movement clause.
For some reason, and I have no idea why, Carolina popped into my head.

I'm going Pittsburgh you know...
Experience is the teacher of all things.
Not the exciting answer you are looking for but I'll say Pittsburgh two. I don't think Murray steals the job from Fleury any time soon. Add Murray to the list of Josh Harding, Anton Khudobin, James Reimer and Andrew Hammond of promising young goalies set to take over as #1 and become the next big thing.
Fleury has won the Penguins a Cup and only lost the starting gig last year due to injury. Murray played too well and the Penguins had no reason to turn back to Flower in the playoffs. Also, in spite of a few years of playoff struggles, Fleury hadn't been the Pens problem the last couple years. I think the organization shows him some loyalty.
Without me, it's only "aweso".
Think he will stay in Pittsburgh until his contract is up, or about to expire at the end of 2018-19. He has a NMC/NTC which allows him to tell the Pens 18 teams with whom he would allow trade talks to happen, so he isn't the easiest to move.

Price blows out his knee again, ends his career, and Fleury goes home to play in MTL.

(No I don't have a hockey problem...)
I am going to go off the page and pick Arizona.
They have the cap space to add a goalie of his level, they have the assets to acquire him.... the one problem is figuring out how to get him to wave his no movement clause... that's the tricky part.
Pittsburgh.
It's to PIT's benefit to give Fleury the lion's share of starts in 2016-2017.
They should NOT want to consider giving Murray any more time to shine because it'll simply hike the price of his RFA demands in summer 2017.
PIT should want to see what they can get done with Murray... and then make a decision with Fleury.
If they can sign Murray into his UFA years - then we might see a "sooner" move made with Fleury.
It's a bit similar to the Mrazek/Howard situation with Detroit. They thought they had a future #1 goalie at $5m+ for several seasons, and then the youth came along sooner than later.
I think both teams will eat their veterans contract until the end date.
It's not the worst thing to have $10m for two goalies these days.
Calgary is still a possibility if both Elliott & C.Johnson absolutely flop (which I don't think will happen).
I'm starting to really feel that Bishop will be the Vegas #1 goalie - the centerpiece of a new franchise.
Fleury has a limited no movement clause, meaning that he CAN be exposed in the expansion draft. If the Penguins had a head lined up with Arizona, that might be a better option for Fleury as opposed to being selected by Las Vegas? I'd also be curious on the type of return Pittsburgh could get. If it's not that significant, I'd just keep both goalies and go for bust again this year.
Vegas. They are going to need some big names.

Conidering it's a year away, we are all throwing dart here. I am aiming for Pittsburgh.
