WHL DISPERAL DRAFT: Looking for 2 new GMs for 24-Team Fantrax League

The WHL is looking to replace two (unfortunately) inactive GMs.

We are looking for a replacement owner for the 2016-2017 & beyond seasons.
The entry fee is $50, which covers both 2016-2017 ($25) and 2017-2018 ($25).
For the new GMs - fee must be paid prior to selecting your team in the dispersal draft.
Owners pay for an advance-season to make trades, including future year draft picks.

The TWO new teams would have a snake-draft to select their teams from the combined pool of the two departing GMs teams.
Here is the total pool of players which includes cornerstones such as Nathan MacKinnon, Tuukka Rask, Carey Price, Filip Forsberg, the Strome brothers, and the #3 overall prospect pick (like Jesse Puljujarvi).

Each team may also select DRAFT PICKS during the dispersal draft.
These include the 3rd & 20th pick in each round.
The 3rd overall pick is likely to fetch Jesse Puljujarvi

Each GM will draft exactly 25 players, 5 PROSPECT ROUND PICKS, and 5 PRO RE-DRAFT PICKS.
The 25 player group MUST include at least 5 players that meet our JR-eligibility (25yrs or younger, 100gp or less for skaters, 40gp or less for goalies).

We have a 5+ player prospect draft starting July 15th.
We have a 5+ player pro redraft starting September 15th.

League is point-based H2H format using $100m cap and prizes for regular season 1st/2nd/3rd, overall scoring champ, and H2H playoffs champ.
We start 12F/6D/1G nightly with 6 bench and 10 junior roster spots.
The league is composed of 22 other very fine members of the Dobber forums.
