I have had some injuries to my pitchers recently and have just been stream starting whoever is pitching that day (we have unlimited roster moves and the lineup is set daily for custom scoring weekly head to head). I just got Shelby Miller, he was recently dropped when he got hurt, and am wondering if I should keep him? Is his start just a fluke, as he has an ERA double his career average, or has he just lost some mechanics and won't be able to fix this? Do I just drop him and keep streaming someone until my pitchers get healthy? He is still only 25.

Same league as my post in the trade forum. We have 8 SP and 7 RP, 5 bench slots for hitters and pitchers, 15 minors spots. 12 teams.

In that case, with a deep league like that, I hold onto him for one more start, if he does well, then you give him two more, and let him build your trust like that since there probably aren't too many other options. If he doesn't satisfy you in the next start then I would have no qualms about dumping him.

Tough call as I am not sure if it mechanical or psychological given trades. Since he has had both STL and ATL (two organizations known to do well with pitchers) trade him away, they may know something more about his stuff and makeup.
If you have enough slots to keep streaming then I might do that until you can land a young potential stud if any still exist on the wire.
