If anybody is sick here, it's the people trying to turn it into a ticket-able event in the first place. It's probably a safe bet that there will be food vendors selling $4 bottles of water and a host of people outside selling merchandise.
I just attended a Bernie Sanders rally and half the people there were selling t-shirts, buttons and puppets. It's a little bit gross but I don't blame the individuals selling the stuff - they're just trying to make a buck like everyone else. You can't really blame people for participating in the society the US has set up.
No one is forcing anyone to pay $100......if someone wants to pay $100 to go to a funeral then let them
Somehow blaming the USA for sports fanaticism is a bit vindictive and in fact not even accurate as the state of Kentucky clearly is against scalping as the OP states.....
