I'm a big fan of Marner, but the point the others make for Murray is a good one. I would need some more league info before deciding. You team, keeper settings and roster sizes.

I'd take Marner for sure.
Goalies are far more fickle and with a 10-team league (even with two goalies), there should be options.
If Murray ends up in Vegas, he's half as valuable.

I think you did well, MAF will go unprotected in the xpac draft and should offer one of those teams a legit goalie as well as a contract to get to the cap floor. You then get a young starting goalie in a 16 team league.

I'm guessing this is the trade that happened last night in my 16 team league where all scoring is in my signature with my horrible squad. I prefer the Matt Murray side. His squad has scoring F and a couple good defensemen but this gives Schneider/Elliott/Allen/Murray in net. As long as Elliott resigns he controls STL goalies, has a very good Schneider who might taste 30 Ws to go along with his solid periphials and a rising Murray. If MAF does get picked in xpac draft then he can sell anyone of those goalies for more than a prospect such as Marner.
