Lindholm or Parayko....points only predictions
Which guy should I target for next year....short and long term. They both are sitting in similar spots with regards to pecking order with their respective teams. But which one do you think has the largest upside for points next year and beyond. Unless Shattenkirk gets traded or the Ducks move a guy like Fowler or Vatanen, they both will remain in the back seat. Plus in Anahiem you have Depres on Lindholm's heals. Thanks again!!! Cheers!

Can we get more info? What do you mean by targeting one or the other? Draft? Waiver wire? Trade?
I kind of see them as almost equal (slight nod to Lindholm) but I would try to own both if possible. Just need more context to know what's going on here.

I would have Parayko a touch higher, however they are close enough that since you are targeting them via trade, then it makes sense to get the cheeper one.

I could definitely see either team making one of the moves you mentioned sometime this summer. If either one moves up the depth chart they'll be more valuable. As it stands I feel like they're pretty equivalent, with Lindholm getting a little bit more powerplay time. Gives him a bit of an edge.

I can see them both in the 30-35 point range short term (1-2 yrs)
Long term (2+ yrs) Parayko could see a slight bump if/when Shattenkirk gets dealt but that's simply something we all assume will happen. I dont see Lindholm doing much more than his normal production but this is simply based on what we know today.

Correction.....I didn't mean Depres on Lindholm's heals.....I meant Theadore. He's known for his offensive skills and worries me with regards to Lindholm's upside with regards to PP time, opportunity and points...

I think you should be watching the Vatanen situation. If Vatanen moves on you can expect a pretty significant boost for Lindholm. I'm not so sure that Theodore will be handed all the PP time if Vatanen goes. I can see Lindholm getting PP1 and Theodore PP2.
With a new coach coming in, we actually have no idea what type of deployment we'll see. My guess is Lindholm gets the first crack.

is it a cap hit league though as that does change things also?
I'm in on both of these guys and the off season is going to play a huge part in both as to where they sit next season...
As it stands I try to acquire both now as any adjustments on either team should see improvements in their situation the issue you may have is that everything stays the same and with that so do they
