Does Stamkos sign? Do leafs move Nylander to wing? Sounds like he should crack the NHL next season...

Would this not make Stamkos even more of a priority given he could mentor these great young centres? I don't think you pass up a chance to sign a guy like Stamkos ever. My gut still tells me TBL find a way to keep him there, it would be a huge win for TML if they could land him. It really looks like TML are winning in their rebuild and doing it right, something most Canadian teams have not managed to do.

(Spelling aside) I would agree Stammer is done in Tbay. He will be moving to somewhere in the Atlantic Division, and Toronto is as likely a destination as any. With Matthews (likely) there, they don't need Stammer to sign, and I think the smart money is to let him sign elsewhere while using the money to address D and G.

Yes but I think CMc was not happy about the thought of being drafted by the Oilers.
