Draft pick lottery site

Hey guys,

I'm in search of a good site to use for a draft lottery site. We have the bottom 6 teams of 12 teams total enter into a lottery draw to determine the first 6 slots in our league. What site do you all know that can email the results to the owners?

I went to draftpicklottery.com to use that site but you have to pay a fee to get the email results. This is $2 cost, which is fine, but in doing some mock runs I feel it's not a very good service. Example, our last place team would get 6 balls. 2nd to last 5 balls, etc. I was testing the site out and of the 4 times I ran it the team with 6 balls ( last place team in the league ) got the 6th pick 3 times lol. I don't care, I just don't know if that is a good site to use or if there is a better site you all have experience with?

Does this do "weighted" picks? Such as 6th place team with 1 ball, 2nd place team with 2 balls etc etc or is it just a random draft order? I'll check it out but I do need a weighted lottery pick site.

Our draft was an initial draft that wasn't weighted so I'm not sure.

this site will let you do weighted but i think you cant customize the weights, it has to be reverse order of finish

ie in a 5 team league


5th place - 5 balls
4th place - 4 balls
3rd place - 3 balls
2nd place - 2 balls
1st place - 1 ball

Does it have to be online?

We do our draft lottery in person at the draft and it's great.

We bought one of those little BINGO sets and distribute the balls accordingly.

The champ gets to spin the wheel and reveal the winner.

If you can do it in person I'd recommend actually doing it. It's always draft party hit.

We use poker chips. There has to be at least three people present at the draw, and you can always film it to show that it is legit. Or use the poker chips (or bingo balls) idea and do it live over Skype.
