Lately, Talbot is playing unsustainably better than he should be, while Luongo is playing unsustainably worse than he should be. At some point, things will go back to normal, but it's hard to know for sure when that will happen.

If you can't decide based on the opponents each is facing, then ask yourself this - would you feel worse if you chose Luongo and he did bad while Talbot did well, or if you chose Talbot and he did bad while Luongo did well. Whichever would make you feel less worse, go with that.

When in doubt on which goalie to start, I look at the betting lines.

Florida is currently heavily favored to win (-160 to -170 depending on the site), while Edmonton are big underdogs (+150 to +160 depending on the site).

Vegas isn't always right, but they do a pretty good job more often than not. When the odds are this lopsided, I feel very comfortable advising you to start Luongo.

Note: As someone who also owns Luongo, I know his recent past has been discouraging. But I will be starting him tonight.

I'm now off topic but this is driving me crazy. I see skater scoring (G(1),A(1),PPP(0.5),+/-(0.5), SOG/PIM/HIT/BLK(all 0.05), FOW-C(0.01)) but nothing about goalie scoring... what am I missing?
