no one is wiling to downgrade (i.e trade better player for 2) due to limited keeper spots.

i'm in 1st, but trying to figure out who my 8 keepers are now so i can trade some non-keepers that could be keepers for others.

Also would you entertain moving Klingberg for Pavelski + Hoffman? I've also had a lot of interest in Panarin but not sure if he squeaks in as my keeper.

What is jumping at me is that you have 4D that can be keepers (Hedman, Klingberg, Carlson, Josi); in a keep 8 that's a lot.

Holtby is a must. I dont know if goalies are rare at your draft, but if they are then you'll need to keep another 1. For now it's hard to tell wich one of Gibson or Andersen is the best bet.
You better wait to see where Andersen will end up in the off-season. If more goalies are available at the draft then just keep Holtby.

Up front you have Giroux, Wheeler, MacK and Panarin.

That makes 9 if you keep only 1 G. So if I were you, I would try to trade Hedman + 1FWD (I would pick the 1 with less SOG) for a better keeper FWD.

Billy D makes a good point. With such a great d squad it would be remiss for you not to try and swing a keeper upgrade. I am trying to do that in my keep 10 league as well.

as i mentioned it's nearly impossible to upgrade a keeper in this league, hence the big dilemma.

hedman wasn't even in consideration to be one of my keepers to be honest. i'd prefer to load up on F + G and then re-draft my D next season (which is what I did this year after only keeping Josi previously).

as for goalies, holtby is definitely a keep but wasting two slots on Andersen/Gibson might be a waste. Hopefully by the time it comes to select my keepers only one of them will remain in Anaheim.

I think the following are my locks:

and then the big decision is keeping 2 of:

Andersen

At this point I think I'll keep one of the ANA goalies and Panarin.

out of tat list id keep josi and panarin. but id also keep gibson over getz
